About Carl Bryan

If you have a legal problem, my job is to help resolve it. I became an attorney because I believe people deserve a strong advocate when their rights, freedom, family, or financial interests are at stake. I represent my clients directly and work to achieve the best possible result in every case.

I have obtained not-guilty verdicts for clients facing criminal charges and favorable settlements for clients injured because of another person’s negligence.

Experience

My experience includes cases in municipal, common pleas, juvenile, and appellate courts. I have also argued before the Supreme Court of Ohio on issues involving the constitutional rights of people accused of crimes. My practice areas include criminal defense, civil matters, juvenile cases, and personal injury. Before graduating from the University of Dayton School of Law, I worked at several law firms and served as an extern for a Justice of the Supreme Court of Ohio. I attended law school while raising young children and received an award for earning the highest grade in legal drafting during my first year.
